Job Details

We are seeking an individual to join our team in South Oxfordshire. Our operation spans around 4000 acres, including combinable crops, grassland, and environmental/habitat schemes.

The roles will include some of the following duty’s:

•360 operator (13ton and 1.5ton)

•Ground works

•Building repair and development

•A wide range of tractor operations all year round

•A wide range of manual farm tasks

•Main cultivations for the right candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to work hard and put in long hours when needed, with a positive and proactive attitude towards work. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and solve problems as they arise. Basic machine servicing, maintenance, and repair skills are required, or at least the willingness to learn. The candidate must be able to work both as part of a team and on their own. A good sense of humour is also beneficial! Training and operator certifications will be provided to the right candidate. A three-bedroom cottage will be available if needed. References will be required.
