We are seeking a Casual Truck Driver for the 2025 sorghum harvest on a dryland cropping property in the Jondaryan/Bowenville area, Western Downs. The role involves carting grain both on-farm and to local depots.

The successful candidate will operate the farming company’s 2018 International truck and must maintain and care for the truck meticulously. A minimum HC truck licence is required, along with a clean driving history. The driver should be physically fit, able to assist around silos and augers at the on-farm complex, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role.

The position is set to begin with the sorghum harvest in January or February 2025 (weather permitting), so we require applicants to be ready to start as soon as harvest begins.

Accommodation is available on-farm in single private rooms with shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities, or you can bring your own caravan or camper trailer. BYO food.
