The Job Role:
Due to continuing development, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to support the Director with the day-to-day operations of key accounts and clients at this specialist Agricultural Equipment business. You will be part of a dedicated and hardworking team at the Midlands headquarters.
Responsibilities include managing daily client interactions, addressing technical problems, selling parts and accessories, and providing excellent customer service.
Supplier management entails establishing and maintaining good connections with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Sales Management: Handle incoming sales inquiries for both new and secondhand machinery, ensuring a smooth purchasing process. While the primary focus will be on agricultural customers, there may be a need to support the electric/bike sector as needed.
Administration includes the management of CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and other basic administrative activities.
