You are essential to the service team's ability to provide outstanding customer service as the Branch Service Manager. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an emphasis on customer satisfaction are essential for this versatile role, especially during hectic times like harvest. 
You will be accountable to the Branch Manager and Operations Director for overseeing the daily operations of the depot's service department. 
Energizing your team to make sure the business meets its major goals—sales, profitability, workshop efficiency, and customer satisfaction—will take precedence.
