About me: I am currently working for Waterkeepers Bangladesh, a regional entity of International Waterkeepers Alliance. Waterkeepers Bangladesh works for protection of environment and engaged in social movement, advocacy and legal measures to ensure water quality protections in Bangladesh. As the Project Coordinator (Team Leader), I am responsible for a project on environmental protection and good governance funded by USAID and technically managed by Counterpart International. I am an expert in program design and implementation as well as program monitoring and evaluation. I have both demonstrated and long experience. I have skills in capacity building, partnership development, management, documentation and reporting. In addition to my current involvement in the environment sector, I have work experience in health, poverty alleviation, women's empowerment, HIV/AIDS, adolescent, and youth development. In past I have worked for various organizations including Gonoshyathya Kendra (a pioneer in the field of health), German Doctors, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Price Waterhouse LLP-India, HEKS/EPER (Swiss Church Aid), CARE, ActionAid and others. The positions I have held are Country Representative, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Expert, Program Director, Team Leader, Project Manager, Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator etc. I also have experience working as consultant. I have a long experience of working in the health sector. I worked with non-mainstream marginalized populations, including ethnic minorities, transport workers, sex workers (brothel-based and residential-based), MSM/MSW, transgender, PWID, PLHIV, Rohingya (refugees from Myanmar), etc.
