In my current position as a Medical Record Officer at Lady Reading Hospital-MTI, I have gained extensive knowledge in managing and organizing medical records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality. I have also developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working closely with medical staff, patients, and their families. Prior to this, I worked as a Ward Clerk/Receptionist at the same hospital. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining the ward as administrative duties, managing patient appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Through this experience, I have honed my multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Before joining Lady Reading Hospital-MTI, I worked as an Office jssistant at Rehman Medical Institute-RMI. This opportunity allowed me to enhance my organizational skills by assisting with various administrative tasks and coordinating office operations smoothly. Additionally, I had the privilege of being a supervisor at save the Children Peshawar. In this role, I led a team of 10 individuals and successfully managed projects related to child welfare.
